psychometry readings?

I discovered that when i hold a persons jewlery i can feel and get info through hearing names places or seeing visions and also feeling illnesses. I have been told this is the persons energy i am reading. I feel very alone with this gift is there many people out there with this ability. Im thinking of doing readings as a small buisness, not sure if ethical or not, opinions?

You could be sued for fraud.
psychometry is one of the best and easiest ways to recognise energy and do readings
the longer and more personal an item , the more energy will be imprinted on it
there are many out there like yourself who do this…
however
I would advise a lot of practise before jumping into a buisness… know what you are doing and why you are doing it
get to know the ethics of reading … as certain places have certain laws
for instance in the UK we cant predict , prescribe , diagnose etc
so check out your area … get to know other readers … look around
maybe ask at your local spiritualist church who would know of the laws of your area regarding reading
